Manufacturer Warranty for Defective Items
Coverage: Items found to be defective due to manufacturing issues are covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
Duration: The warranty period varies by product and is specified in the product documentation (typically 1 year from purchase date unless otherwise stated).
Process:
Contact our customer service team within the warranty period to report the defect.
Provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Ship the defective item to the designated address with the RMA number clearly marked.
Resolution: Upon inspection, if the defect is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion, with no additional cost to you.
Exclusions: Damage due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.
Returns of Non-Defective Items
Eligibility: Non-defective items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Return Fee: A restocking fee of 15% of the item’s purchase price will be deducted from the refund to cover processing and restocking costs.
Process:
Contact customer service to initiate a return and obtain an RMA number.
Package the item securely, including all original accessories and documentation, and include the RMA number.
Ship the item to the provided address within 14 days of receiving the RMA number. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds: Refunds, minus the restocking fee, will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
General Terms
All returns require an RMA number; items returned without one may be refused.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
Refunds do not include original shipping fees.
